i first visited the nordic region on a trip to stockholm, sweden all the way back in 2012, so i vaguely knew what to expect: stylish folk, great food and everything designed supremely well. copenhagen certainly didn’t disappoint. along with the most glorious sunshiny spring weather, we met up with one of josh’s best friends tom, his partner and baby, and spent the easter long weekend exploring the city. we bought the copenhagen card which allowed us entry into a heap of museums, attractions, castles and exhibits. a few of my favourites were the design museum, the cistern underground art installation, the round tower, and a picnic amongst daffodils in front of frederiksborg castle. but also, how good is it when it’s sunny? josh and i seem to be two lucky ducks weatherwise with our travels thus far…
