kia ora, wilkommen. i’m Rachel, a Franklin based family portrait photographer (and also primary school teacher and mum to two little ones).

portraits are for right now, for who your kids are at this age, how small their hands still are, how your family looks and feels in this season of life. portraits are that one job on the to do list which you’ll always regret not ticking off.

i shoot outdoors, in natural light, in locations that mean something to you: a favourite beach, a local park, your own home or backyard. sessions are relaxed and unscripted.
